Last updated: May 24, 2026
Agreement to Terms
Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Tap & Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security or reputation of the platform.
Acceptable Use Policy
Unlawful content, malware, copyrighted material without authorization, deceptive information, hate speech, drug use, inappropriate sexual content, violence of any kind, or content intended to exploit or harm others are prohibited. Platform abuse, excessive automated requests, reverse engineering, or attempts to compromise system security are also prohibited.
Subscription & Auto-Renewal Policy
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Customers authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan. Customers will be notified of material pricing changes before renewal when required by applicable law.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel future renewals at any time through their account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for prior charges.
Refund Policy
Custom setup services begin immediately after purchase and are therefore generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Personalized NFC cards are manufactured specifically for each customer and are non-refundable except for verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or Tap & Go production errors. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.
Shipping & NFC Cards
Shipping estimates are approximate. Customers should inspect orders promptly. Lost or stolen cards after confirmed delivery may require replacement charges.
Customer Support Policy
Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time via email and website contact form. The typical response goal is two to three business days. Our email address is contact@tapngo.com.
Copyright, Intellectual Property and DMCA Policy
The Tap & Go software, branding, code, designs, documentation, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Tap & Go. Copyright owners may submit infringement notices including identification of the copyrighted work, location of the allegedly infringing content, contact information, and a good-faith statement of ownership. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.
Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for failure of payment 30 days after the due date, fraud, chargebacks, abusive conduct, repeated violations, or threats to platform security.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Tap & Go against claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap & Go shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid during the previous twelve months.
Force Majeure
Tap & Go is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, labor disputes, governmental actions, or third-party failures.
Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party providers. Tap & Go is not responsible for third-party products, policies, or service interruptions.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
If you have any concern or dispute regarding Tap & Go, our website, or our services, you agree to first contact us at contact@tapngo.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and to everyone’s satisfaction through good-faith communication.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally within a reasonable time, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services will be handled through negotiation, mediation, or other alternative dispute resolution methods before either party considers formal litigation, where permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits your rights under California law or prevents you from seeking relief in a court of competent jurisdiction when required or allowed by law.
These Terms and any dispute related to them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any permitted legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California. By using our website or services, you agree to this dispute resolution process and to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Service Availability
Scheduled maintenance may occur periodically. Although high availability is a goal, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties except where prohibited by law.
Changes to These Policies
Tap & Go may revise these policies periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
